Qualicoat Congress in London

The global organisations of QUALICOAT and QUALIDECO are having their next congress in London on the 17th & 18th May 2016. This will be a special congress as QUALICOAT will be celebrating its 30th anniversary and QUALIDECO its 20th anniversary. As an independent quality associations, both have worked tirelessly to increase the quality of architectural aluminium surface treatment and are now recognised across the globe for their excellent work. The Congress itself will commence at 7.00 p.m. on the 17th May with an  Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner to be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Millennium Hotel Mayfair followed by an address by the President, Mo Panam. On the 18th May, delegates will have the opportunity to visit the conference exhibition before attending the Conference, where “Past, Present and Future  Aspects of coating and decorating at their best” will be presented. The  Conference will be a platform for QUALICOAT and QUALIDECO licensees,  approval holders and other participants to discuss the current business climate,  market challenges and advancements in architectural powder coating. The  working language will be English, however, a written translation of the presentations will be provided to the non-English speaking delegates.

Professor Michael Stacey, Head of Architecture at Nottingham University and a well know advocate of Aluminium in architecture, will close the Congress at  5.00 p.m. with an Introduction to the evenings special event, an Architectural  Journey along the River Thames for delegates and guests aboard one of the largest Parisien dinning boats on the Thames.
